When is the platform fee charged?+

The brand-paid platform fee (2.5% on Starter, 1.2% on Growth) is added when you fund a production milestone through Stripe Checkout. RFQs, quotes, and unfunded runs are never charged.

Are protected payments included in every plan?+

Yes. Milestone-based payments cover every run on every plan, including the free Starter tier. Funds move only when you approve a milestone; payments are processed by Stripe, and standard processing fees apply to funded amounts.

Can I switch plans later?+

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace settings — changes take effect on your next billing cycle and your data is always yours.
