This is interim terms copy for product demonstration. Before accepting live customers or payments, Dopeza will publish counsel-reviewed terms covering marketplace responsibilities, electronic agreements, payment processing, facility verification, disputes, data handling, and regulated food-manufacturing obligations.

The marketplace

Dopeza connects food and beverage brands with contract manufacturers. Dopeza is not a party to production agreements between brands and co-packers and does not manufacture products. Facility verification is an administrative document review, not a regulatory guarantee.

Agreements

Production agreements are executed by recorded electronic acceptance with audit metadata (signer, timestamp, IP address, and a hash of the accepted terms). Both parties receive the versioned agreement record.

Payments

Milestone payments are delayed transfers processed by Stripe and described as protected milestone payments. They are not a regulated escrow service. Rejecting a milestone pauses the transfer and opens an administrator-reviewed dispute.
