Privacy policy

This is interim privacy copy for product demonstration. Before accepting live customers or payments, Dopeza will publish a counsel-reviewed privacy policy. The commitments below describe how the platform is built to handle data today.

What we collect

Account details (name, work email), workspace and organization records, facility profiles and certification documents, RFQs, quotes, agreements, production and inventory records, messages and file attachments, and payment metadata processed through Stripe. Dopeza never stores full card numbers or bank credentials; those are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching brands with co-packers, executing production agreements, processing protected milestone payments, and providing support. We do not sell personal data.

Access and isolation

Data is scoped to your organization through row-level security. Counterparties see only the records you share with them through an RFQ, quote, agreement, order, or conversation. Platform administrators access records for verification, dispute resolution, and payment oversight.
